Is the storage facility alarmed? What other security features do you have? When can I access my storage unit? When are offices open? Are the storage units clean and dry? Q. Is the storage facility alarmed?
A. Yes. Our storage facility is fully alarmed with RedCare Monitoring system. Immediate Police response is activated in case of the alarm being triggered.

A. 24 hour CCTV cameras monitors the building perimeter and the main corridors. The cameras record 24 hours a day, on to a digital system. The building is protected by a state of the art intruder alarm system.

A. Normal access hours are Monday to Friday – 9am to pm, Saturday – 10am to 1pm, Closed Sunday. We do open out of office hours prior to notice.

A. Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm, Saturday – 10am to 1pm, Sunday – Closed.

A. All of our units are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness. Certain items are not allowed in storage units that cause damage.
Back to topQ. Do I have to move my goods myself?
A. Yes; but we do have several removal companies we can recommend to help you move in.
Back to topQ. Do you insure my goods?
A. No. We recommend an insurance company for insurance cover for your goods. Most household contents policies do not cover goods in storage. We can recommend Insurastore.com who are specialist broker in self-storage insurance.

A. We accept all major credit/debit cards, cheques and cash. You must pay for one months rent when you move in.
Back to topQ. Do you require I.D ?
A. Photo ID, proof of address, payment for your rent and insurance. We provide a free padlock when you move in or you can buy any other from our packaging shop.

A. Our rates start from £5 per week depending on how much space you require. For a quote please contact us.

A. You can store almost anything but there is a list of prohibited items within our Terms & Conditions page. They include firearms, combustibles, chemicals, compressed gas, illegal substances or illegally obtained items – and living creatures! NOTE: Police and HM Customs have powers to enter your room, subject to serving notice on us.
Back to topQ. Can I book in advance?
A. There is no need to book because you can move in immediately (provided the space you require is available). We do not charge for booking in advance unlike some storage facilities. You also do not need to be tied to long-term contracts. With us its easy in and easy out.

A. Our units start from 16sqft to 2000sqft. We can even build the size of unit you require.
